We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping starts at $6 flat rate and is FREE if your order is over $150. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided.
Boncurves Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
All items are mailed within 2-3 business days from receipt of purchase unless otherwise notified.
Absolutely no refunds will be granted. However, we value our customers and if you are not 100% satisfy with your purchase, we can EXCHANGE the item within 3 days of receipt .Items must be sent back to Boncurves Fashion within 3 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for credit.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Boncurves Fashion and product tags attached if any. Please include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package when making an exchange. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Return packages to the following address.

At Boncurves Fashion, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you credit once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
